Reconstruction of the Zolote Runo restaurant on ul. Koroleva
A 6-storey building was added, which houses a banquet hall, a hotel, and a spa.
The structural scheme of the building is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame on a pile foundation.
Done:
-Transfer of utility networks from under the building spot
– General construction and installation works.
